Steel framework - SiloTank
SiloTank have awarded TOT a contract to supply 4No steel frames to support their 50T (Load when full) GRP tanks. This is the second job that Tot have taken on for Silotank in what looks to be a promising working relationship.
Coalisland W.w.T.W
In conjunction with ITT Sanitaire and Williams Industrial Services.
TOT Technical NI have been requested to supply and install Stainless Steel pipework, walkways, Lifting Gantries and Half Bridge Scrapers for the new Wastewater treatment works in Coalisland.
Limavady WwTW - Control Building Fire Escape
Designed and manufactured to suit Building Control Regulations
Antrim WwTW PST Scraper Bridges
TOT designed, Fabricated and Installed 2No Half Bridge Scrapers for use by NI Water at their Milltown WwTW.
These bridges were required to span 16m.
To keep costs and loads to a minimum Cellular Beams were used to make up the main structure of the bridge.
Scum Boards, V-Notch weir plates, Scum Baffles and Sludge Scrapers were also provided.

The customer also required all steelwork below the top water level to be coated in coal tar epoxy. This was carried out before installation to provide the best finish.
